No. SENTA lashes come with a self-adhesive band, so no additional glue is required for the first application.

Make sure your eyelids are clean, dry and free from oil or cream. Gently remove the lash from its case, measure it against your eye and trim the outer edge if necessary. Position it as close as possible to your natural lash line, then press gently from the centre toward both corners to secure it.

Yes. Because there is no glue or drying time, SENTA self-adhesive lashes are ideal for beginners and anyone who wants a faster, cleaner way to apply false lashes.

Yes. If the placement is not perfect, gently lift the lash and reposition it. Avoid touching the adhesive band excessively, as oils from your fingers may reduce its hold.

They are normally intended for one use. If you decide to reuse them after the first application, you will need to apply lash glue, as the original self-adhesive effect may no longer be effective. Remove them carefully and store them correctly. If you have applied mascara directly to the lashes, we do not recommend reusing them.

Starting from the outer corner, gently lift the lash and slowly peel it away. Do not pull suddenly or tug on your natural lashes.

If you plan to reuse the lashes with lash glue, place them back in their original case after removal to protect their shape. Keep them clean, dry and away from heat, moisture and dust.

Yes. Apply your lashes first, then apply mascara over the top to blend the false lashes with your natural lashes. If you plan to reuse the lashes, we do not recommend applying mascara directly to them.

Make sure your eyelids are completely clean and dry. Oils, moisturiser, eye cream, foundation or makeup residue can weaken the adhesive. Avoid touching the adhesive strip unnecessarily before application.

No. Remove your lashes before sleeping, showering or swimming. Water, steam and oil can affect the adhesive and damage the lashes.

No separate liquid glue is required for the first application, which makes it cleaner and easier. Sensitivities vary, though. If you have sensitive eyes or known adhesive allergies, perform a patch test before use, and stop using the lashes immediately if irritation occurs.

The SENTA Sculpt Lip Pencil is designed specifically for defining and shaping the lips. Use it to outline the lip contour, lightly fill in the lips, or create a base for the Peptide Lip Butter.

Apply the pencil along your natural lip line, starting at the centre of the upper lip and working toward the corners. Repeat on the lower lip, then lightly fill in the lips if you like. The pencil is intended for use on the lips only and should not be applied to the eyes.

Yes. Outline and lightly fill in your lips with the pencil first, then apply the Peptide Lip Butter over the top. This creates a more defined look and can help the shine last longer.

It adds shine, comfort and a polished finish to your lips. Wear it alone for a fresh look, or layer it over the pencil for added dimension.

Apply a small amount to the centre of your upper and lower lips, then spread evenly toward the corners. Reapply as needed through the day.

Keep the pencil capped and the butter tightly closed. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not share lip products, and replace them if the texture, colour or scent changes.

Yes. For a complete look, apply your lashes and finish with the pencil and the butter. Use each product as directed — the pencil and the butter are intended for the lips only.

For daytime, pair the signature lash style with a light layer of the butter. For evenings, use the pencil beneath the butter for a polished, glamorous finish.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, lashes, pencils and lip products that have been opened, used or altered cannot be returned.

Contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution.
