What we collect and why

We never see your card number. It goes straight to the payment provider.
Who else touches your data
- Shopify — the platform this shop runs on. It stores the orders, the customer records, the launch list and the site statistics.
- The payment provider shown at checkout — takes the payment and holds the card details. We never see the card number.
- The courier carrying your parcel — gets your name, address and phone so it can reach you.
We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any tracking beyond Shopify's own. We do not sell your data and we do not rent it out to anybody.
Where your data sits
On servers run by the companies above, which are outside your country in most cases.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop emailing you. Write to hello@milessenta.com and we answer within 30 days. Unsubscribing takes one click at the bottom of any email and needs no explanation.
Deleting an order record is not always possible while tax law still requires us to keep it, so we will tell you plainly which parts we can delete and which ones we have to hold on to.
Cookies
The shop sets cookies that make the basket and the checkout work; those cannot be turned off without breaking them. Shopify also sets its own statistics cookies so we can see which pages people open. There are no advertising cookies on this site.
Children
This shop is not for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.
Changes
If this page changes materially, we say so at the top with a date.
