Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your SENTA purchase. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please review the guidelines below.

A pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it ships — write to hello@milessenta.com with your order number. Once it has shipped, the rules below apply.

Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of lashes or other products that have been opened, worn or altered.

How to request a return

Write to hello@milessenta.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request. We will provide return instructions if your request is approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as SENTA cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged or sent incorrectly.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution.

Exchanges

We do not generally offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
