By using the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted during checkout is complete and accurate.
3. Products
Senta Beauty sells cosmetics and beauty products, including lip products, eye products, self-adhesive lashes, beauty accessories and related items.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, skin tone and the natural characteristics of each person. Minor differences between the Website images and the physical product do not automatically constitute a defect.
Product packaging, design or presentation may occasionally change without affecting the product's essential characteristics, quality or intended use.
Products are offered subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.
4. Cosmetic use and safety
Customers must read and follow all instructions, ingredient information, warnings, storage requirements and expiry or period-after-opening information shown on the product or its packaging.
Before using a cosmetic product, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies, you should review the ingredient list and carry out an appropriate patch test where recommended.
Stop using a product if irritation, swelling, discomfort or another adverse reaction occurs. Seek medical advice when necessary.
Our products and Website content are intended for cosmetic and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
Senta Beauty is not responsible for reactions caused by an undisclosed allergy, use contrary to product instructions, improper storage, use after expiry, or alteration or contamination of the product after delivery. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in USD. Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices include taxes required by Georgian law.
Delivery costs and any other applicable charges are displayed before you confirm payment.
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges may apply. Unless Georgian law or the checkout page states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Payment may be made through the methods shown at checkout, and may be processed by authorised third-party payment providers. Senta Beauty does not store complete bank-card details unless expressly stated.
We may correct an obvious pricing or technical error. If such an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and offer the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.
6. Orders and contract formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
After an order is submitted we send an electronic confirmation. A binding sales contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of the order or dispatch the products, whichever occurs first.
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including: the product is unavailable; payment has not been authorised; the delivery information is incomplete or incorrect; fraud or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected; a clear pricing or technical error has occurred; or the order would violate applicable law.
If we cancel a paid order, the amount paid for the cancelled products is refunded using the original payment method.
7. Delivery
Available delivery areas, estimated delivery periods and delivery charges are displayed during checkout or on our shipping page.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a specific binding date. Delays may occur because of customs procedures, courier disruption, severe weather, force majeure or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and remain reasonably available to receive the shipment. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Pre-orders. Some products are sold as pre-orders before they are in stock. A pre-order is marked as such on the product page, in the bag and at checkout, together with the date by which we will ship it. Payment is taken when the order is placed. If we cannot ship by that date, we will write to you before it with a new date, and you can cancel the order for a full refund; if you do not reply, we refund you in full. You can also cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships, for a full refund, by writing to hello@milessenta.com.
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If the parcel is visibly damaged, incomplete, incorrect or appears to have been opened, contact us at hello@milessenta.com as soon as reasonably possible with the order number and clear photographs.
8. Right to withdraw from an online purchase
Subject to the exceptions below, a consumer may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.
For a sales contract, the 14-day period begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in separate parts, the period begins on receipt of the final part.
To exercise this right, send a clear withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires to hello@milessenta.com, or to Georgia, Rustavi, Megobroba ave N 31, apt. 7. The notice should include your name, order number, order date, date of delivery, address, the products being returned and the date of the notice.
After notifying us, return the eligible goods without undue delay and no later than seven calendar days after sending the withdrawal notice, unless we have agreed to collect them.
You bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we have agreed to cover it or failed to provide legally required information about return costs.
9. Cosmetics and hygiene exception
For health protection and hygiene reasons, tightly sealed cosmetic or personal-use products cannot be returned under the no-reason withdrawal right after the protective seal has been broken or removed following delivery.
Where supplied with protective hygiene packaging or seals, this includes lipsticks, lip glosses, lip liners and other lip products; mascara, eyeliner and eye cosmetics; self-adhesive lashes and other eye-area products; applicators, brushes and beauty tools intended for personal use; and other sealed cosmetic or hygiene-sensitive products.
To qualify for a no-reason return, the product must remain unused, unopened, undamaged and in its original sealed packaging.
Opening ordinary external delivery packaging solely to inspect the shipment does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal. Breaking the product's hygiene or protective seal may remove that right.
This exception does not affect your legal rights if a product is defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or does not conform to the contract.
10. Refunds
For a valid withdrawal we refund eligible payments without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent, whichever occurs first.
The standard delivery cost is refunded where required by Georgian law. Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard option are not refundable.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method that creates no additional cost.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of an eligible product.
11. Defective, damaged or incorrect products
If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you may exercise the remedies provided by Georgian law. Depending on the circumstances these may include replacement free of charge, rectification of the defect where appropriate, a proportionate price reduction, or cancellation of the contract and a refund where permitted by law.
Replacement or rectification is generally the primary remedy unless it is impossible or would involve disproportionate or unreasonable expense.
Senta Beauty covers the necessary return or delivery costs associated with a confirmed defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied product.
To help us investigate, write to hello@milessenta.com with the order number, a description of the issue and photographs where reasonably possible. Failure to provide photographs does not remove any mandatory consumer right.
No provision of these Terms limits or excludes rights granted to consumers under mandatory Georgian law.
12. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated validity period and conditions. Unless otherwise specified, they cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined with another promotion, apply only to eligible products, must be entered before payment is completed, and may be withdrawn where misuse, fraud or a technical error is identified.
Promotional conditions do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
13. Intellectual property
The Senta Beauty name, trademarks, logos, packaging, product names, photographs, videos, text, graphics, designs and other Website content are owned by or licensed to Senta Beauty and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative materials without our prior written permission.
14. Acceptable website use
You must not use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or related systems; introduce malicious code, viruses or harmful technology; interfere with the Website's security or operation; scrape or systematically extract Website content without permission; or misuse another person's identity or payment information.
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.
15. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person's rights.
You grant Senta Beauty a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and reproduce submitted content for operating and promoting the Website and products, unless otherwise agreed.
We may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, defamatory, unrelated to the product, or contains personal data or advertising. We will not suppress genuine negative reviews merely because they express criticism.
16. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and our separate privacy policy.
Our privacy policy explains what information we collect, the purposes and legal grounds for processing, recipients, international transfers where applicable, retention periods, security measures and the rights available to data subjects.
Marketing communications are sent only where a valid legal basis exists. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message or by writing to hello@milessenta.com.
17. Third-party services and links
The Website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, couriers, social-media platforms and analytics providers.
We are not responsible for the independent content, policies or activities of third-party websites. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply.
18. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by legally attributable conduct, defective or unsafe products where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Georgian law.
To the extent permitted by law, Senta Beauty is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, loss of profit arising from non-consumer commercial use, or loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you purchase products as a consumer, your mandatory statutory protections remain fully applicable.
19. Force majeure
Senta Beauty is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government action, epidemics, transport interruption, customs delay, telecommunications failure, or disruption affecting suppliers or couriers.
We take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such events and to fulfil or refund affected orders as required by law.
20. Complaints
Complaints may be sent to hello@milessenta.com, or to Georgia, Rustavi, Megobroba ave N 31, apt. 7. Please include your name, contact information, order number and a clear description of the issue. We will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable period.
Consumers may also contact the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency or apply to a competent Georgian court in accordance with applicable law.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms, the use of the Website and contracts concluded through the Website are governed by the laws of Georgia.
Disputes will be considered by the competent courts of Georgia, subject to any mandatory jurisdictional protections available to consumers under applicable law.
Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve the matter through written communication.
22. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms when necessary because of legal, operational or commercial changes.
The Terms in effect at the time an order is placed apply to that order, unless a change is legally required. The latest version is published on the Website with its effective date.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The affected provision will be interpreted or replaced to the minimum extent necessary to comply with applicable law.
